In the official documents of Panama appears the name of Costas Karamanlis, the current Member of Parliament and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the main culprit for the railway crime in Tempi that occurred on February 28, 2023 and resulted in the loss of more than 57 innocent lives of Greek citizens.
The Offshore company Mantinia Shipping Company SA was established with headquarters in Panama.

To make this transfer from Panama to the Marshall Islands they were helped by their associates whose names are in the official documents of Panama such as Mrs. Vasiliki Lymberopoulou. (see file above)
Based on official data from the Marshall Islands Authorities dated 22-MAR-2024 the Karamanlis company exists and is registered as MANTINIA SHIPPING COMPANY S.A. 103904 after her transfer from Panama (See file).
NB: The Marshall Islands offer greater security of secrecy as a tax haven for undeclared wealth. On 14 February 2023 the European Council decided to add the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, the Marshall Islands and Russia to the EU’s list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes.
