After an Extrajudicial Letter received by greekcorruption.dk on 30.07.2024 from the Greek lawyer Mr. Grigoris Lazarakos of the company L & L Managing Partner who, acting as the attorney of Mr. Aristides Floros of Achilleas at the request of his principal, requests from greekcorruption.dk to delete texts referring to Aristidis Florou according to article 17 GR P.C. including the title and any other element that refers to him because as he confirmed in writing his client has been acquitted.
Aristidis Floros of Achillea was found not guilty of the crime of embezzlement of 151,000,000.00 euros from the companies DESMIE-LAGIE, a public interest company, by the decision of the Supreme Court No. 575/2024. According to the lawyer Mr. Grigoris Lazarakos, Aristidis Floros was also found not guilty of smuggling, money laundering, forgery, etc. offenses of the PC that burdened him.
