In Greece, the Governmental Authorities license virtual Projects, disappear entries in the Financial Books of the Municipality of Rhodes.
The company Wind Park of Rhodes S.A. based in the Municipality of Rhodes after the licensing of 1998 and until 2003 that has fully completed the Project which is pioneering for the times. It is an WP Power Plan from the use of renewable energy sources specifically wind power located in Mt. Attavyros of Rhodes Island, South Aegean Region, Greece.
In order to serve the Project, before the start and implementation of the Project, an access road network was constructed with financing and completion from resources and means of the company Wind Park of Rhodes S.A., without using public funds.
All Projects and expenses are Certified.
Both the Municipality of Rhodes, which is a Shareholder with 10% of the shares of Wind Park of Rhodes S.A. as a result of a DONATION made by the Hatzisavvas Family, as well as the administration of the South Aegean Region had taken notice and had proceeded with the relevant Project Permits.
After almost 10 years, the Governmental Authorities, the Municipality of Rhodes and the Regional authorities of South Aegean re-license (subsequently) for the same Works/Project that already existed of the company Wind Park of Rhodes S.A.
Some of them have also been included in the funds of public entities with unknown details regarding how these funds were disbursed and spent for Projects that pre-existed and had been paid for by Emmanuel Ath. Hatzisavvas Chairman and CEO of the company Wind Park of Rhodes S.A.
Together with the virtual Projects that are subsequently licensed by the Authorities, i.e. the administration of the South Aegean Region, specific Entries in the Financial Books of the Municipality of Rhodes regarding the Shares valued at 1,500,000 Euros of the Wind Park of Rhodes S.A. disappeared. which the Municipality of Rhodes has received as a GIFT from the Hatzisavvas Family.
Although the Prosecution Authorities were informed and received relevant Subpoena Reports from the Company’s Statutory President and CEO Emmanuel Ath. Hatzisavvas, they did not act legally.
As is well known, the Prosecution Authorities of Greece receive Subpoena Reports with detailed Reports including evidence for financial crimes which according to the K.P.D. (Code of Criminal Procedure) are characterized ex officio, among many other statutory acts of a criminal nature and put them in the Archive with special “alchemies” most obviously with compensation, which they call a Prosecutor’s Order. Likewise in the case of Wind Park of Rhodes S.A., otherwise how can they justify all these nonsenses above, criminal acts.
The prime minister of the country, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, like the previous informants and “connoisseurs” of the Crimes, still take advantage and in every opportunity enjoy each other’s company.
