Fortunately, the European Court of Human Rights exists and protects the rights of Greek citizens.
Because, as the politicians of Greece prove, the “à la carte” Justice in Greece is not trusted by any of them.
Exactly, as can be seen from the case of MP Mrs. Bakoyannis (sister of the Prime Minister of the country, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis) who suffered a grave injustice, her human rights were severely violated by the Judges-Court in Greece.
So, what does one expect to be the fate of ordinary citizens as litigants in such Courts in Greece where, among many others, they violate Article 6 § 1 of the Convention on Human Rights, exactly as described in the official document – decision of the European Court of Human Rights against the Hellenic Republic in burden of MP Mrs. Bakoyannis who also happens to be the sister of the Prime Minister of the country Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
